Editorial Policy

Woo’s Briefing publishes news briefings and analysis about the Middle East. This page explains how we work.

Sourcing

We rely on primary sources wherever possible: official statements, government and agency data, court and regulatory filings, and reporting from established news organisations, which we credit and link. We do not publish unverified rumours as fact. When information is disputed or unconfirmed, we say so.

News and analysis

Briefings report what happened. Articles in our Analysis section add context and interpretation and are labelled as such.

Use of AI tools

We may use software tools, including AI, to help with research, translation and drafting. Content is checked against sources before publication, and we remain responsible for everything we publish.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and note the correction at the end of the article. To report an error, use our contact page.

Independence

Our coverage is not influenced by advertisers. Advertising is served by third-party networks and is clearly separated from editorial content.
